Registration Fee

SAME registration fee for physical and virtual participation.

The payment of registration fee is processed in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). United States Dollar (USD) is for reference only.
* Verification letter from your department in your hospital is required to qualify for the Trainee fee.
# Verification letter or valid student identity card issued by qualified institution is required to be eligible for the undergraduate or entry level student rate.

• The Main Congress will be held physically at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. 
• Capacity for physical participation is limited due to the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation of the HKSAR Government. Physical attendance will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
• In case of changing Government's regulation under a worsen COVID-19 situation, the organiser reserves the right to change confirmed physical registrations into virtual participation. Final decision will be announced when closer to the Congress.
  

 

Registration Entitlements

*The arrangement of Coffee Break and Lunch Symposium is subject to change/cancel due to extenuating circumstance.  Further details will be announced in due course. 

 

Method of Payment

Payment of registration fee (in Hong Kong Dollars) must be made by the following methods:

1. Credit Card in HKD (Visa / MasterCard)
2. WeChat Pay / Alipay (information will be provided upon completion of registration form)
3. Cheque in HKD (for local participants) (Cheque payable to “International Conference Consultants Ltd.”)
4. Bank Transfer (information will be provided upon completion of registration form)

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your registration should be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation is received on or before 23 April 2022. There will be no refund for cancellations made after 23 April 2022.

 

Letter of Invitation

On request, the Congress Secretariat will send a letter of invitation by email to participant to attend the Congress. This invitation is intended to facilitate the participant to apply leave or travel arrangement / and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

 

Rules and Regulations

• The decision of the Organisers shall be final and conclusive.
• Registrations are subject to acceptance on a first come, first served basis.
• The registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment is not forwarded to the Congress Secretariat. Registration Fees depend on the date your payment is received and confirmed by the Congress Secretariat. The fees may be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadlines. The registration will be completed upon settling of the payment. An official receipt will be issued after clearance of the payment.
• Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If you could not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Congress Secretariat at info@asci-2022.org.
• The Congress Programme is subject to change without prior notice.
• All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
• Replacement or transfer is allowed provided the replacement is from the same organisation and upon receipt of a written request from the person to be replaced on or before 23 May 2022.
